Different Categories of Electrical Isolator Switches
Electrical isolator switches can be categorized as fused and non-fused. The fused variety is available in both single-phase and three-phase configurations. Additionally, isolator switches can have varying pole configurations, including single-pole, double-pole, and four-pole setups.
01 Supplementary Auxiliary Contacts
The isolator switch employs identical auxiliary contacts that activate simultaneously with the main pole of the switch. Upon request, a normally open contact with a pre-disconnect feature can be provided.
Up to four auxiliary accessories can be installed on the isolation switch (two on the right and two on the left).
02 Terminal Coverings
The terminal covering of the isolation switch boasts a straightforward design, utilizing high-quality transparent PC material. It is flame-retardant, robust, and retains its color over time. It offers excellent waterproof protection and is easy to install.
03 Additional Fourth Pole for Side Mounting
The fourth pole operates either simultaneously or prior to the switch disconnector poles.
04 Switch Housing
The ONCCY switch incorporates compression contact opening and closing technology and features a complete disconnection indication. It serves as an isolator, breaker, or switch and, with an interlock mechanism, can be transformed into an exchange switch.
05 Rotating Handle Assembly
The rotating handle features an anti-misoperation padlock design for safety and reliability. Made of high-quality flame-retardant materials, it provides insulation and impact resistance. Its elegant and stylish design ensures beauty and durability.
06 Shaft Extension
Crafted from high-carbon steel, the shaft extension is both beautiful and corrosion-resistant. Combined with high-temperature treatment, it maintains smooth operation even under pressure. The standardized products are easy to assemble, cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, and low in cost.
07 Mechanical Interlocking Mechanism
The interior is constructed from high-conductivity nickel-phosphorus copper, offering superior conductivity and a longer lifespan. The shell is made of high-strength flame-retardant PC material, providing fire resistance and flame retardancy in a single step.
