Product Description

The EDS1 Series isolator features parallel wiring capabilities, a larger aperture for simplified wiring processes, and is tailored for distribution box modules that require lock installation. With an arc extinction time of less than 3 milliseconds and a modular design, it offers flexibility with 2-pole and 4-pole options. This product adheres to the IEC60947-3 (edition 3.2):2015 and DC-PV1 standards.

The EDS1 series isolation switch is designed for power systems with a rated voltage of DC 1200V or less and a rated current of 32A or less. It is suitable for infrequent on/off switching operations and can simultaneously disconnect 1 to 2 MPPT lines. This switch is particularly well-suited for isolating lines in HVDC transmission and distribution systems, enabling the disconnection of high-voltage DC current between solar panels and inverters.
