ONCCY  developed and launched the ERS series rapid shut down switch(RS switch). After installing the Onccy switch, firefighters can remotely turn off the AC power before extinguishing the fire. The quick-shutoff switch will automatically disconnect the internal DC isolation switch after collecting the signal from the power grid.
 

This innovative Firefighter Safety Switch is the ideal solution for safeguarding your rooftop solar installation during emergencies or fire. It functions as a rapid shutdown device, capable of handling a maximum circuit voltage of 1500 VDC and interrupting currents up to 55A. The system incorporates a combination of photovoltaic panel strings connected to a dedicated rapid shutdown switch.
